Muhammad Taqiyuddin

Muhammad Taqiyuddin graduated with an LLB (Hons.) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in 2022. He subsequently undertook his pupillage at Messrs Skrine under the tutelage of Mr. Mubashir Mansor, venturing into general litigation. He has assisted with and attended to fraud, tenancy, and bankruptcy matters.

 

After successfully completing his pupillage and being admitted to the High Court of Malaya as an Advocate and Solicitor in February 2024, Taqiyuddin joined the Firm as a Legal Associate.

 

In his current role, Taqiyuddin frequently assists the Firm’s Partners with employment law matters. His experience encompasses acting as junior counsel in litigation cases and providing advice on unfair dismissal, retrenchment, and employee misconduct.
