Atiqah Munirah Abd Rahim

Atiqah Munirah graduated with an LLB (Hons.) from MARA University of Technology (UiTM) in 2022. She thereafter commenced her pupillage at Messrs. T. Thavalingam & Co. under the tutelage of the Firm’s Managing Partner, Dato’ Thavalingam C. Thavarajah.
Following the successful completion of her pupillage and her subsequent admission to the High Court of Malaya as an Advocate and Solicitor in September 2023, Atiqah commenced as a Legal Associate with the Firm.
In her current role, Atiqah regularly assists the Partners of the Firm in a wide range of employment law matters. Her experience includes assisting in litigation matters as junior counsel and advising on employment related issues such as retrenchment exercises and employee misconduct.
